Introduction to Weydon School – Tuesday 9th June 2020 5.45pm - 7.30/8.30pm

We welcome parents of children in Year 5 who would like to find out more information about the opportunities for studying at Weydon School. This will give you an introduction to life at Weydon School and a greater understanding of the transition process for students from Primary to Secondary education.

The evening will include:

• An informal welcome reception

• A presentation from our Principal, Mrs Jackie Sharman

• A talk from the Director of Key Stage 3, Ms Sally Bowden

• A presentation from current students

• The opportunity to view some of our classrooms and sports facilities. This tour is optional.

• An opportunity to meet some key staff

Event Timing Schedule:

5.45pm - Welcome drinks reception in the Medici Theatre followed by the presentations

7.30pm – Student-led guided tours of outdoor facilities (optional) with key staff available for further discussions
